Initial Assessment (60 min) & Session #2

Service Description

2 session purchase at a discounted rate. First session (Initial Assessment & Treatment) is $160, the second 45 minute session is free. Full body range of motion assessment to find asymmetries and compensations that could be leading to tightness, weakness, injuries, pain or decreased performance. The asymmetries and compensations will be addressed with hands on therapy and positional force tests to re-activate weak muscles, resulting in increased strength, increased range of motion and decreased pain. Clients should wear clothing they are comfortable in for gentle movement.
